Changing only your behaviors and actions don’t always last when it comes to long term change. However, when you adjust your mindset and focus on who you want to be, your thoughts, behaviors and actions adjust accordingly, with ease. I have many techniques to help you rewire your subconscious mind to break free of your current reality to move into your desired reality.

NLP stands for neuro-linguistic-programming. It helps to unwind the beliefs you’ve had programmed since you were young. NLP helps rewire your mind and all the excuses holding you back from whatever you desire.

Making yourself workout, eat “better” or follow diets, and trying to stick to them with discipline and willpower doesn’t do enough. You have to change more than your actions and behaviors. True change comes from adjusting your identity. We will go deeper to take a look at who the new you wants to BE, and the actions it will take to get you there. We will do this through mindset work, and rewiring the subconscious programming of your mind.

Discipline and willpower may work in the short term, but they are surface level change. They don’t get to the root of wanting to change. They change your behaviors. What you say and do. Your actions. But if you don’t really believe deep down that you’re capable of the change, it won’t stick long term. Your subconscious mind may even create actions that sabotage the work you’re doing, even with all the “discipline.” Deeper change is affected by your identity- who you think you are, who you are BEING, and what you think of yourself deep down, subconsciously. It likely takes some rewiring of your subconscious to knock out beliefs that you picked up as a young child, that you’re not good enough, not worthy of this change, not capable, or have inner resistance and excuses that have prevented you from bringing forth the life you really want to be living.

The subconscious mind takes everything literally. It doesn’t understand negatives, like “don’t.” As in “don’t get dirty.” It basically hears “get dirty,” so this is why kids go out and get dirty (a better way to say it would be as a positive, like “stay clean”). You are like a walking subconscious mind as you grow up until about age 7. So as you take in experiences, observations, thoughts, patterns and behaviors you’ve picked up from friends, parents, society, etc, a lot of this has been learned and programmed into your subconscious minds and plays out in your actions, thoughts and behaviors. So when you come into adulthood, you have all this programming that has been ingrained into you and is likely holding you to your current reality whether you like it or not, and whether you’re aware that it’s even happening or not.

EFT is Emotional Freedom Technique and it is a series of tapping on different parts of the body that are designed to balance the energy system, remove limiting beliefs, negative emotions and self-sabotaging patterns. It’s based on the same principles as acupuncture but can be done easily by yourself without any equipment. It is an amazing technique that can be used in the moment, when you are experiencing an emotion you don’t want to be feeling, to help dispel the feeling (like anxiety, frustration, anger, any way you notice that is currently holding you back from doing what you want to immediately be doing, etc).

Online coaching is a way for me to do coaching with you, no matter where you live in the world! I conduct my sessions via Zoom, which is an online face-to-face platform, similar to Skype or Facetime. I record our sessions so you can re-watch any techniques to repeat them at home.

Yes! You can pay 3 equal amounts over the 3 months. The first payment is due before we schedule our first session.

Cancellation Policy – You must cancel your session within 24 hours or you will be charged for a full session.

Refund Policy – If for any reason you must cancel our agreement, any unused sessions will be refunded.
